Welcome to PM App (the "App"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and PM App ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the App.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users of the App, including but not limited to casual users, hockey players, coaches, parents, and team administrators.

The App may use third-party mapping and navigation services (OpenStreetMap, Mapbox, Google Maps). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
The App may contain links to third-party websites, services, or advertisements. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of any third-party services. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and the third party.
The App and all its content, features, functionality, design, graphics, code, and materials are owned by PM App and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
The App name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of PM App or its affiliates. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.
All hockey training guides, expert tips, educational content, and instructional materials provided in the App are proprietary to PM App and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission.
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. This will permanently delete all locally stored data.

The App is available globally through the Google Play Store. However, we make no representation that the App is appropriate or available for use in all locations. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where PM App operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PM App regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
